GMDC is a RTA certified driving institute delivering training to a diverse group of students with 500+ qualified instructors. The GMDC operates within the frame work as laid down by the RTA, and strives to comply with all prescribed regulations. We impart theory as well as practical training services along with organizing final assessments by RTA & issuance of driving licenses.

Our goal has always been to instill confidence in our students to drive safely; we train students to the highest standard of competence and equip our students with the right skills. Our facilities boast of well-trained instructors, modern amenities, and an admirable fleet of vehicles. Our core function as a RTA certified driving centre is to deliver training courses to students keen to get behind the wheel to enhance their confidence and lifestyle. All our operations strictly conform to all RTA requirements.

As a driving centre, we impart theory and practical classes and evaluate the progress of our students by organising final assessments by the RTA. Upon successful completion of the test, the driving licences are issued.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND POLICY

Being a special customer of Galadari Motor Driving Center, you, your family and those are expected to train in out center, have the following rights:

  • You have the right to get all the information regarding subscription, training & test.
  • You have the right for full care as well as special services, provided by all employees, that respects your values and religious beliefs and morals without opposing regulations & rule applicable.
  • You have the right to contribute for decisions to specify & change Test date before time enough from time to time.
  • You have the right to select the trainer you wish to train you, and it is up to you if you wish to change the same.
  • you have the right to determine the day suitable for training, and it is up to you if you wish to change the same.
  • Females have the right to be trained by male provided they submit written approval issued by husband or parent.
  • You have the right to get payment receipts upon paying any money.
  • You have the right to review the competent supervisor/ manager, to complain without fear about any failure in service provided by the center.
  • You have the right to percent suggestions, notes& complaints through dealing with contact us service.
  • You have the right to cancel your profile according to special control &conditions.
  • Trainee Should be present at the specified training place and should notify the center if wish to delay the lesson assessed and approved in the tables, or if wish to change the test dates and it should be in one day before the date of train or test providing reasonable excuses.
  • Trainee should contact the center before (24) hours if there is a genuine reason for delaying his/her training classes and also he/she should report to GMDC manager before rejoining training.
  • You have the right to get the training curriculum approved by RTA, Asking for help by minutes to provide more explanations.
  • You have the right to get clearance certificate issued by center, in case of passing the final test or upon canceling the file.
  • Center ensures the privacy and confidentiality of information provided by the customers.
  • Center assures to keep, not loss or damage the documents presented or not be manipulated by others.
  • Trainee shall have the right to do all legal proceedings in case of verbal abuse or physical assault.
  • Trainee can bring children that the center shall take care of them throughout the training period.
  • Male shall not be allowed to present in section & halls specified for female.
  • Trainee should take into account and respect the privacy of other trainee and employees working in the center.
  • Trainee should hold training card with training permit issued by RTA though all training lessons specified for, not to hold of these documents, trainee shall not get training.
  • Female trainees should hold NOC issued by RTA by trainer through all training lessons specified for, in absence of these documents, female trainee shall not get the training.
  • Trainee lessons shall be specified as per system approved by RTA.
  • Paid fees are not refundable except in special cases determined by center director.
  • Trainee shall be responsible to stick to all information submitted about the dates & methods of work and training & testing.
  • To take care of your belongings, in case of being lost, you should immediately inform center management.
  • Special needs trainee should bring with them one of their family members to get help by customer services employees.
  • Environment preservation policy should be followed in regard with smoking inside halls for waiting or services halls.
  • To keep centers property against misuse or damage.
  • To commit to the instructions issued by trainer though the training time.
  • Center shall provide the trainee with list of placement before final test.
  • You have the right to get all information regarding practical & theoretical test as per your performance.
  • If failed, you have the right to get full explanation stating powers and weak points of performance.
  • In case the trainee is absent for any one of the test by RTA, he/she should pay the test fees again.
  • Make sure that you paid all money before claiming clearance certificate.
  • You have the right to get certificate to make sure that you passed the final test and get the driving license.
  • If training not be done within 6 months after last final road test, then validity if training permit issued by RTA shall expire automatically and the trainee should pay fees for renewing the permit.
  • You can pay in cash or by credit card in center.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

We, Galadari Motor Driving Center, are committed to provide affordable quality driving training, create innovative professionals with entrepreneurial skills through solid foundation and a strong practical orientation while maintaining the image of its center and provide the best possible services for its students through the effective implementation of quality management system and continual improvement in the processes.

Therefore, we aim to ensure that
  • Making a complaint is as easy as possible.
  • We treat a complaint as a clear expression of dissatisfaction, which calls for an immediate response.
  • We deal with it promptly, politely, and when appropriate, confidentially.
  • We respond in the right way-for example, customer will be updated with the complaint status, or information on any action taken etc…

We recognize many concerns will be raised informally and we aim to resolve them quickly. An informal approach is appropriate when it can be achieved. But if concerns cannot be satisfactorily resolved informally, then the formal complaints management system process & procedure should be followed.

We at Galadari Motor Diving Center shall develop and implement an EHSMS within our areas of jurisdiction to protect our employees, students, the community and the environment from any adverse impact on Health, Safety, and Environment arising from our activities.

  • We shall provide and maintain a safe environment for workers and the students avoid any risk to human health and avoid adverse impact to environment and prevent environmental pollution.
