Light bus

Our Light Bus driving license course at GMDC caters to students planning to qualify for a license to drive passenger buses. Driving safe in a Light Bus requires specific modern driving techniques and skills together with patience, awareness and the ability to anticipate events.

While this course is similar to our other courses in terms of the technical aspects, the added emphasis is on passenger care and safety. Not only will you need to master dealing with other road users unaware of the challenges of driving a light bus, you will also be responsible for the safety and comfort of your passengers and taking them to their destinations on time. In particular, you need to ensure children are seated properly along with other safety measures you will learn in your training course. Additionally, you will learn how to be cautious and courteous driver and the different ways to handle scenarios like an accident or emergencies.

All our carefully chosen instructors have been specially tutored to motivate and guide you to learn how to stay alert, expertly navigate the roads and maintain precise control regardless of the environment or driving conditions. You will learn to develop the confidence and right attitude with other drivers and set an example to others on the road.

Our driving instructors are not only devoted to observing and maintaining safety at all times, they are exceptionally trained with years of driving experience. All our instructors are professional tutors with the requisite teaching license endorsed by the RTA. To enhance their skills, they frequently undergo training and briefings on the latest safety procedures and driving technology. By regularly liaising with RTA traffic officials, they also keep themselves updated on new road and highway routes and additional safety measures.
